The PL3000 Driven Piling system is used on building sites to monitor driven pile construction. It consists of a custom touch screen PC computer located in a driven-piling rig running PL3000 driven monitoring software.

The PL3000 driven piling software monitors preformed concrete, reinforced concrete and steel driven pile construction using an array of sensors attached to the rig. The PL3000 software communicates with an office based application, Data Manager, via an FTP site using GPRS, allowing the office to access pile  profiles and QA information.

The PL3000 software:

• is a complete graphical monitoring package for driven piling piling rigs.
• has a user configurable display and units
• calculates drill resistance, penetration and set
• calculates stress applied to the pile and warns if the pile is under too much stress
• records the profile for review later.
• gives easy to follow instructions to the pile driver to aid in pile construction
• incorporates a comprehensive QA database for tracking and monitoring piles
• forwards reports to an FTP site via GPRS so the full history downloaded for review off site
