Firmware Engineering Director
Graham is responsible for project management, design and development of low-power solutions, vehicle telemetric and microcontroller PIC firmware.
Graham is an experienced engineer with over 30 years experience of computer based systems from inception through specification, tendering, design, documentation and test to on-site commissioning and final system hand over. Graham graduated from Salford University, in 1975, with a B.Sc. Honours degree in Electrical Engineering.

Hardware Engineering Director
David is responsible for project management, hardware design and development, FPGA design.
David is a design engineer with over 30 years experience in the concept development, system design, hardware design and test of industrial products and systems. David graduated from Salford University in 1984, with a B.Sc. Honours degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He is a chartered member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers M.I.E.T.
Helen Elcock MIET CEng
Software Engineering Director
Helen is responsible for project management of Software projects, software and FPGA design and development.
Helen is a design / software engineer with over 25 years experience in both hardware and software engineering disciplines, system design and test of industrial systems. Helen graduated from Manchester University, in 1987, with a first class B.Sc. Honours degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. She is a chartered member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers M.I.E.T.
Ian is responsible for Windows and Linux driver design and development.
Ian is an experienced software engineer with over 30 years experience of software engineering specialising in low-level interfaces, protocol handlers and device drivers for Linux and Windows. Ian helps maintain the Comedi Linux control and measurement device interface. Ian graduated from Manchester University, in 1984, with a B.Sc. Honours degree in Computer Science.
Keith is responsible for production test software, commissioning software, microprocessor firmware and back office desktop solutions.
Keith is a software engineer with over 20 years experience in software development. After leaving British Army (R.E.M.E.) as a Telecommunications Technician Class 2, he first worked in the games software industry before joining MEV.
PCB CAD Engineer
Nick joined MEV shortly after we formed and has become a key member of the team responsible for in electronic PCB capture, testing and documentation tasks.

Connor joined MEV as an apprentice in 2016 and has quickly became part of the team in electronic PCB capture, hardware commissioning and testing.
Security Consultant and Software Engineer
Dave has joined MEV where he continues to provide consultancy on secure solutions with partner organisations. Already at MEV he has been involved in GDPR considerations for a vehicle tracking system, interfacing to a USB Ultrasonic Testing solution and performance enhancements to a customer SQL database.
Dave was the Architect for HP’s ProtectTools Products for many years and he is recognised as the worldwide expert on this range of solutions. He also provides consultancy on security standards and requirements, particularly those of governments.
